Prior to joining the firm, Harman practiced with a leading international law firm where he represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including construction disputes, commercial claims, insurance litigation, and contractual conflicts. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia and has experience advancing matters through all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, chambers applications, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Before entering legal practice, he co-founded and operated a residential construction company, where he was directly involved in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects. His experience includes overseeing project schedules, coordinating trades and consultants, managing budgets, navigating contractual relationships, administering construction contracts, and resolving the practical challenges that arise throughout the life cycle of a project.
