Becca Liu is a civil litigator and construction lawyer who offers clients efficient and proven advocacy strategies to resolve construction legal disputes.

Becca joined Sportschuetz & Company as a litigation associate in January 2025, bringing a strong focus and passion for construction law. She has extensive experience in providing practical and business-focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including regional and national developers, general contractors, trade contractors, material suppliers, consultants, and construction management firms. Becca’s practice encompasses assisting clients in managing risks, resolving disputes, and navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks within the construction industry. 

Becca began her career at a national full-service firm in downtown Vancouver, where she gained significant experience in construction law and civil litigation. She continues to build on her advocacy skills and expertise while contributing to our firm’s construction law practice. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of interlocutory hearings and trials, appearing before both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Becca serves as the Secretary and a director on the board of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC (FACL BC).
