Adrian D. Greer is a civil litigator and provides effective advocacy in complex construction and commercial disputes.
Adrian carries on a broad civil ligitation and construction law practice, taking his skills and experience gained from training under some of the most trusted counsel in Western Canada and applying them to advance our clients’ interests. Adrian worked in the offices of Gudmundseth Mickelson, a top-ranked boutique civil litigation firm, and Borden Ladner Gervais, a national law firm. Adrian now focuses on construction law disputes and builders lien enforcement pursuant to the British Columbia Builders Lien Act. Adrian is a key member of our team of construction lawyers.
Adrian appears regularly as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and before arbitration tribunals. He has experience working on complex commercial disputes, involving land, contractual, and negligence claims, as well as construction, public, and administrative law disputes. Adrian is actively involved in the provision of pro bono legal services. Adrian frequently registers and enforces builders liens, using every available procedure and remedy under the British Columbia Builders Lien Act.
Adrian believes that the best service is to pursue direct and cost-effective dispute resolution by strategically framing the issues and focusing on the things that matter. His procedural knowledge and advocacy skills ensure your business needs and interests are at all times protected and advanced.
Outside of work Adrian enjoys all that British Columbia has to offer, including hiking, cross-country skiing, and camping.
